Science in the Suburbs will be back in 2009!

Science in the Suburbs is one part of the outreach programs undertaken as part of the Science in the City project run by the Australian Museum and the University of Sydney. The Science in the City project is supported by the Australian Government through the Science Connections Programme administered by the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research.

The Science in the Suburbs program has been running as part of the Science in the City outreach program since 2002. This program is modeled on the successful Science in the City event, and provides students with the opportunity to attend talks, shows, workshops and activities in their local region.
